What is a Police and Crime Commissioner?

The OPCC have produced the above video to explain the role of the Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) ahead of the upcoming PCC elections.

Over the last few months we have been working with the APCC to produce a generic video which explained the role of the Police & Crime Commissioner.

The short animation, produced by the Norfolk PCC’s office, aims to give people a general overview of the role and work of the commissioners.
