The Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) has the power to award grants to voluntary and community sector organisations, including charities and community groups, to deliver services and projects to:
- reduce crime and disorder
- support victims of crime to cope and recover
The net 2020/21 commissioning budget is £1 million.

It is through the commissioning of services and awarding of grants that the PCC is able to meet the aims set out in the Police and Crime Plan for Norfolk.
